We offer a range of informal portraits from families, baby bumps, couples, kids, group shots or individual shots. These can be taken in the comfort of your own home, outdoor location or special place of your choice. You could even bring along your favourite hat, guitar, golf clubs, toy or skateboard, whatever you would like to help tell your own personal story within your portrait. Relaxed and informal we can help you feel at ease in front of the camera to ensure you get a natural portrait that you will be proud to display. |

Corporate Portraits Whether you are a construction worker or the Chief Exec we appreciate that you are busy and may not have a lot of time to stop to have your photograph taken whilst at work. Corporate photography must tell the story of your business and reflect the values of your brand. Whether it's a simple corporate headshot for a website or a location portrait for an annual report or brochure then we can help. Our unobtrusive and relaxed style will ensure we capture you at your very best. |

Portrait Packages from £30 per hour + VAT
Our package includes:
• A fast, quality service at very competitive rates.
• One hour photo session. Please note charges are from £30 per hour but if a job takes an hour and a half you will only be charged for this.
• Air brushing and editing included, we can provide colour and black and white images.
• Online proofs within 2-5 days unless otherwise indicated.
• Proofs will be displayed in a private password protected online gallery.
• Images can be supplied on disc or via FTP site for download.
• Charges include travel in Sheffield or 40p per mile thereafter in the UK.
• Portable Studio Lighting: Please note if a studio lighting set up is required – this can take anything up to 30-40mins depending on the shoot location and a power supply will be required.
Portraits Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q: How long does a portrait session take?
A: A portrait session can take anything from an hour depending on your requirements.
Q: How many photos will I get?
A: Our portrait package offers anything between 5-10 images for you to choose from.
Q: Can I get copies of all the photographs you take?
A: Yes of course, you will be given a CD with all your images as standard?
Q: Do you use film or digital equipment?
A: We use the latest digital technology to ensure superb quality
Q: Can I have black and white photographs?
A: Yes we offer a choice of full colour and black and white images.
Q: How will we get to see our images after the photosession?
A: You will be given a access to a secure password protected site where you can view your images online.
Q: How long will it take for you to edit the photographs and put them up on your secure site?
A: Your images will be online for you to view within 2-5 days unless notified otherwise .
Q: What if I don't have internet access?
A: By arrangement our photographer can come to meet you so you can view your images on the laptop.
Of course we will be more than happy to discuss any of the above or answer any other questions you may have.
Terms and Conditions for Portrait Packages
Appointments
All appointments are subject to availability.
A deposit of £20 will be payable to DS Print and Design on booking, for each appointment made.
Payments can be made by debit card or Paypal and all major credit/debit cards are accepted.
The outstanding balance will be paid at the end of your photoshoot.
This excludes Wedding Packages which have separate Terms and Conditions, please see below.
Changing or cancelling an appointment
If you need to change your appointment please contact our photographer immediately on 07809 465827 or DS Print and Design on 0114 266 9000.
Appointments can be changed free of charge if you give us at least 48 hours notice. If you do not provide the required 48 hours notice your deposit will be non refundable.
If you wish to cancel an appointment and you provide 48 hours notice your £20 deposit will be reimbursed, if however you wish to cancel your appointment and you do not provide 48 hours notice your deposit will be non refundable.
By booking an appointment with ICON Images you will be subject to these full terms and conditions.

Child protection for portrait packages
We will require the parent or guardian to complete and sign a consent form for any photo sessions undertaken with children or young adults under the age of 16.
We will require a parent or guardian to be present at any photo sessions with children under the age of 14.
Our ICON Images photographer has full public liability insurance.
